Damaged or defective items
Free replacement or full refund if reported within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order ID and a clear photo of the issue.
Returns & exchanges
As items are made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change of mind.
Incorrect address
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, we refund the product cost only (shipping fees are non-refundable).
